A new data privacy law is being introduced in May 2018 in the UK. As a result, we’re publishing a new Privacy Notice to make it easier for you to find out how we use and protect your information. We won’t be changing the ways we use your personal information, but the new notice will provide you with additional details such as:
– The types of personal information we collect about you and how we use it
– The legal grounds for how we use your information
– Your right of access to that information
The privacy notice will be effective from 25th May 2018. The Privacy Notice makes sure that we continue to comply with privacy law and regulation. There are no changes to our terms and conditions of using our car parks.
